I'm Michel, from Louisiana. Here, the city and citizens in general do not like the design of wind turbines. They have a bad opinion of them because of the stories we heard about collisions with birds and noise supposedly unbearable. My wife and I loved wind turbines : there is something magical and mesmerizing to watch such generator turn with the invisible force of the wind. We had to install a wind turbine and we needed it quiet and discreet.
When we heard of the EnergieVair's proposal, to test their prototype HV-SCS micro wind turbine, with 6-bladed fully transparent, we could not say no. After more than 9 months of testings, I can now say that they are of very good quality : solid (having resisted winds of over 150km / h), they are completely silent and virtually invisible, with their transparent blades! Also, I have not seen any dead or injured bird nearby and this, in more than 9 months.
The polycarbonate blades are very impressive. They are transparent when they are motionless, and totally invisible once they begin to turn. They are very thin and do not offer wind resistance. This feature makes the turbine very quiet and therefore excessively discreet. This is exactly what we needed. Thank you EnergieVair!
For any small-size installations, I suggest you use this simple, revolutionary and inexpensive wind turbine. If you need a larger system, I guess you can install plenty of them since they are invisible!
